I wouldn't say the results are biased. Now if they polled a bunch of people at an Utada Concert, then that would be biased.....and hilarious.....and shocking because Utada doesn't do concerts.

that's kinda disappointing...she didn't really deserve #1. i thought her album this year was actually a bummer. most of the songs sounded alike more than ever it seemed.
