Shuya pisses me off too...or maybe the fact of his position and favouritism when I don't think he is that great and doesn't deserve it at all. He's not handsome, he's not even pretty, and his body is far too weak and girly. and his "acting" when he's performing his solo's etc.....pfft....please no more!!!

I'd prefer to see Ayu with a handsome MAN as her love interest/dance partner...not some little ugly girly boy.

[EDIT] come to think of it Midoring IS more manly than shuya and makes a better partner/ love interest.

anyway. i don't mind Ayu's favoritism towards Shuya. i would like to see some variety, but Ayu and Shuya dancing together is really natural to me so i don't care if it changes or not. XD

Maybe because fans would prefer to see an actual actor. Her dancers are seriously overexposed by Ayu and well.. they usually don't look natural.

I have no idea how the behind-the-scenes work, but I'm guessing it's because he's always there. Granted, I think he could use a new haircut, but I don't get the hate either.

But I do think in PVs Ayu could benefit from hiring an actual actor. Granted, Shawn Yue didn't do that great of a job IMO. But I wonder if it's the fact that she is getting older and the more available male actors that tend to pop up in PVs are younger and the older actors require more expenses...

Personally, I have no problem with Shuya. No, he isn't the best dancer or extremely hot but he's easy on the eyes and dances pretty well. It looks more natural to see Shuya standing next to Ayu then Gomi or Zin because they complement each other. Nothing like they're dating or anything, but it is more visually pleasing(?).

Gomi next to ayu would be awful.. I kinda dislike gomi. For some reason his face looks like a samurai face.. he has this ancient Japanese face xD I dunno.

Zin is a very cool guy, definitely my fav dancer.

Shuya seems a bit arrogant sometimes xD but maybe that's just me.

I think you're thinking about the wrong forum lol. AYUNITE! is more open to the idea and have supporters. Most people at AHS hate the idea.

I don't hate Shu-ya, I actually think he's pretty good looking, and not a bad dancer...except for that "interpretive" dancing during the fated performance ... yea. I don't really understand all of the negativity he gets. So he's not your favorite, he's obviously Ayu's favorite, and her opinion is superior to ours...seeing as she calls the shots in her shows.
