what's up with so much hatred towards Taiyou no Namida & SUMMER TIME ?!

am I the only one that like both songs ? (even though at 1st I didn't like SUMMER TIME)

No. ^^ They might not be my absolute favourites, but I like them both.

Oh you didn't know I don't like both of them? Okay let's see.

I have nothing to say for TnN seriously. It's overrated and its not that awesome anyway. Well, imo.

SUMMER TIME sounds like a typical boyband song. Those "Oh I can't live without you especially during SUMMER TIMEs"

TnN - lol , at least it's something different . For me I like it cos you cannot expect NEWS to keep putting out those happy go lucky songs , it can get samey in due time

SUMMER TIME - er ya although it's cheesy , it's still OK for me . You can't expect the guys to sing sad songs during Natsu isn't it ?

"SUMMER TIME" might be typical, but I buy it (not physical, but the overall idea, lol), because it is NEWS. Imagine it as a KAT-TUN song!! *shudders*

It's my personal preference why are you so sad that I hate that song anyway? And why not sing a sad song/ballad during summer time?

Guys singing that song making it cheesy. Not the mention the composing is also cheesy too so its cheesyx2

HANABI by ayu is a sad song during summer no? And look what happened? The single that has that song got #1 for the whole year.

^Well, "HANABI" was on a 3A single with two up-beat songs though.

"Taiyou no NAMIDA" would have fit summer. Specially the rainy season.

Ah, OK. But you also mentioned that it still got No.1 of that year, so I'm just saying it was not all that made the single.
But I agree, not all summer songs are happy. Some are sad or nostalgic, even if the music is upbeat. ^^

the day KAT-TUN does a "SUMMER TIME" song is the day the world ends, LOL. all their non-image based songs like "Yorokobi no Uta" & "White X'mas" have sold poorly against the "Real Face", "Keep the faith", & "DUES" of their discography. so, if JE were smart, i'd keep marketing them as a "rock" fronted band.

but for NEWS, it is kinda OK~, yeah? since their image is more the "SUMMER TIME" vibe. it's more acceptable for them, but yeah, i'd like for them to go towards more "weeeek" & "Happy Birthday" direction. like a GReeeeN/SEAMO combination. i think that image suits them very well! it's not too poppy, but very fun!

I'd rather see them perform that instead of those 3 other songs cuz they r not even amazing compared to the SE

Kaori, listen to MOLA some more and try dancing to it! I am in love!!!! I've even got choreography put together for it... *sighs* I wanna dance w/ P!!!!! >.<
I hope they slip it in for the TOKYO DOME perfs of WINTER DIAMOND PARTY >.<
