I'm sure the album will sell well, with these different kinds of music that will be on it. Hopefully it does reach #1.

yeah, so technically This is the one will be on two 'weekly' ranking charts (3/17 and 3/24) before NEXT LEVEL is even released, which would appear on the 3/31 weekly chart.

I'm starting to think NINKI is almost completely unreliable. My Story's index is less than half of A Complete? At any rate, i hope it holds true and sell almost as many as A Complete. Maybe 800k (although i seriously doubt it).

As I'v already said:

Yes, but remember that was 5 years ago. Backt then the sales figures were higher. With an similar NINKI like this would NEXT LEVEL have sold millions in 2005. Example, NINKI numbers for A BEST (2001) was 382.4

yeah that's what I am afraid of too. NINKI is completely unreliable, TRICKS's NINKI was 320 and the album sold less copies than Kingdom, on the other hand MW's NINKI was below 90 and it sold better than B&D which had a 150+ NINKI. In other words while the numbers seem nice, we shouldn't get our hopes up just yet

The difference between This is the one and NEXT LEVEL is really, really small, if they released on the same day it would be the same Distance/A BEST was probably

This is a really high NINKI! I'm really happy about it. I hope she is able to get #1 against Utada's second week sales and Kuu's collaboration album. :O

Everyone is still very pessimistic about this ... ahahaha
Ninki levels usually are indicating good or bad sales,
Of course there's weird and exception ones,
But I think this is a good way for every pessimistic one to become calm about this album.
I want to say again.. there are few people who actually dont like Ayumi in Japan..
And she has MANY followers and fans still.
I think a lot of people here have to calm down.. -_-)

This album will sell fine, and do fine.
It will get a number one, because everything on the album is so new, but so nostalgic.
Especially since Panasonic song NEXT LEVEL is so good, very Japanese pop like. catchy.
And Days is on the album..
It will sell fine, dont worry.

And yeah, as other people were saying, you cant really compare Ninki levels now with some years ago,
Because now, when the Ninki asks if people will buy the album, it doesnt specifically say physically or digitally you know??
So even if there are low physical sales with high Ninki, there could be much much more digital sales.
And digital sales are much more popular now.

Anyways, yeah, I wouldnt worry about getting number 1 or 2 or whatever..
This is one of her most powerful albums in a long time..
So you dont have to worry. ahaha

^Yea. No competition at all..only Koda and Ayu but I think Ayu wins it for sure. Anyways, the NINKI comparison for MY STORY and AC is not fair because of the slumps over the years. But a NINKI comparison between AC and NEXT LEVEL could prove that NEXT LEVEL could get rather high sales if the promotion is right because it Has been generating hype already. But we'll just wait and see...

One question: What was GUILTY's NINKI?

Don't forget AC was a single compilation
I am pretty sure that Ku's compilation won't be a problem to beat
I would really like this album to outsell GUILTY and that's just cuz I want to see her album sales go up!
