No.. I don't think so.
It is just a song. A good ending-Song for her Album, I think.
She will not say Good-Bye to the fans.

I hope she doesn't end with a bad album like NEXT LEVEL. >.<
But if her next album is as bad as it is, she might as well retire.

Sorry...but Ayu's career is gonna end sometime...might as well wait until she comes out and says it before worrying about it/discussing it over and over, every album.

lol rude. i disagree about NL being bad.
but i don't think she would end it with a title 'NEXT LEVEL'. doesn't it suggest that it's the next level of her career, meaning she's most likely prepared to release a lot more stuff.

Could be. I doubt it. Reading too much into it, probably.

If she wants to retire she will. No need to really speculate over it.

Sorry if I sounded rude... I've just never been disappointed in an Ayu album, as a whole. It's a first for me.

I was so excited for this album because of how it was described as being like a whole new thing and then she comes out with some of the most generic stuff I've ever heard from her.

4 interludes was bad enough, but then the song, NEXT LEVEL, sounded just like glitter and BLUE BIRD. rollin' sounds like a watered-down Sparkle. EnergizE is a mess and as origianl as LOVE n HATE may be, I don't think it's a good style for her. It doesn't compliment her well at all.

Curtain call was cool, but like I've said before-- it'd be hard to mess up a song that's just piano and vocals. And identity... I swear I've heard the music somewhere else and it's so repetivie. x.x

The singles were the only good tracks and even though I like Days and Rule, they are two typical things from her-- a ballad and a rock song. So other than GREEN and Sparkle, this album had nothing for me.

I think it's called Curtain call 'cause it's the last song on the album...

I can see where you're coming from and it could be but I doubt it. She wouldn't name the album NEXT LEVEL if it was going to be her last.

I don't think you were that rude...but maybe it's because i kinda agree with you lol

but anyway...yeah the intro to identity bugs the crap out of me because it's exactly the same as another song I've heard before....but I don't know which...

I call it Aerosmith Rock, because it reminds me of them lol

I think the exact same thing!

this is not a song to say good bye to her fans, this is a song to say thank you for your support, I love you! ^^

I think this is a good-bye song, but its not a retirement good-bye but a end of concert good-bye. In more recent albums she has been doing more good-bye type songs at the end of albums to use for her concert endings. This is just another one of them.

it's okay. just the way you worded it came off as rude but i'd probably be like that if i was disappointed too. well i'm sorry it did disappoint you. there's always her next single to look forward to whenever it comes out and maybe you'll be able to enjoy that

ohh you guys think it's a love song to her fans? i was thinking it's more for some guy she likes or something.

"I think she's just running out of crap to say, and what part of me said"

How can you refer to ayu's music as crap and still be a fan? That's what I meant when I said terrible, in response to the person I quoted before.

That's an interesting theory, however I don't think she's retiring just yet.

There's a chance she's just building up a catalogue of "goodbye" songs for the post-retirement Avex collection CD sets that will undoubtedly come out!

?

I never said Ayu's music was crap.

And who are you to question my loyalty to Ayu? You can't even interpret my posts correctly.

I said, "I think she is running out of things to write about. I agree with what the member, part of me, said in her post."

And btw, I am on of Ayu's most loving fans, but that doesn't mean that I don't reserve the right to call something of hers "crap" when I feel it deserves that name.

And I will do that for any piece of music, regardless of who made it, and how I feel about them. It's the same if an artist I hate puts out something spectacular.

I'm not so pretentious and blind that I can't recognize when something is bad, regardless of my biases, and the same when something is good.

If you need an example of this, I can give you one, if you don't quite understand. Just say so.

Our ayu is a very strong willed woman, she's a fighter, there is no way that a retire plan is on the way. I dont see how a woman who stills sings after a deaf ear/insisted on a 3 1/2 hour concert after a broken hand.....will simply retire without a big bang.

no, ayu MIGHT retire in 10 years time, but 100% not within these 5 years. Her fans are her treasure, we are the ones who made ayu found who she is and living for.

ANYWAY, I seriously doubt she's gonna retire soon.
