Avex knows very well what they do, they probably have a nice and wonderful team of lawyers straight from hell to work for them xD Before copying anything, they probably investigated the Korean magazine, saw that they weren't any kind of threat for a company as big as Avex Trax, and copied it. Also, they probably payed them beforehand for using the concept and no big deal about it, which would be more honest than directly stealing the concept anyway.

Yeah I don't think they'll change it either. There's TONS of copying/inspiration going around when it comes to the music world. It seems as if no one feels it's a big deal anymore. And who knows, maybe they'll give credit to the original person who thought of it in the booklet?

Well no one knows or cares about the female Namie copied off of so the reactions aren't really all that shocking. And the image is NEW to us regardless so yeah.....I think that's why you're seeing what you're seeing. Not that I'm confirming your woes.

I don't think anyone got "huffy" about that. people were just saying that it reminded them of Namie's picture, which looks almost exactly the same.

LOVE GAME will be shown on MTV Japan from Dec. 4th... For some reason, the first showing will be during a Punk'd episode and then during the MTV Latin America Awards... Really? :blink:

I guess we'll get public tour details after the fanclub pre-sales? I don't like to post unsubstantiated stuff,
but this is too interesting not to share what was supposedly announced in regards to tour dates:

April-July will be Hall concerts (27 dates)
August-October will be Arena concerts (22 dates)
Mid-November to Late-December will be Dome concerts (10 dates)

That would certainly be an interesting mix if she plays different sized venues, but also would be a lot of work to scale I'd think. Also, wow, tour all year again, huh? Almost exactly two-thirds of the year... o_o
