Eternity is doing pretty good. I'd like it to sell more though because of how fantastic it is. I like it a lot more than her last 2 original albums. the album showed maturity that I was really missing from her. I'm hoping the album tracks to her next album have more of a mature feel too. oh how much I'd love an original kumi song that sounds like "小さな恋のうた"

I totally agree with this statement. I hope her next original album incorporates some of the touches and the general feel of ETERNITY. It's a great mix of R&B, pop, and ballads. I hope she takes some of those elements and continues with them!

yeah! altogether, Eternity just worked as an album. everything fit perfectly. there's not a song on there that I find bad or annoying and her vocals are the best they've sounded in years. the type of music on that album is the type of music I think she should stick with. even the cute sounding song of the album "SWEET MEMORIES" brings a lot more to the listener than something like "lick me" or "superstar". it's this type of mature sound that made me fall for her, with songs like "Sweet love..." where they're cute but mature at the same time and fit with her voice.

that's what I think too. the voice that she sings those songs in does not sound like her, same with Inside fishbowl. I think it's nice when an artist doesn't sing the exact same way every time.. but when they sing in a way that makes them sound worse than they normally would or like a different person, I can't really appreciate that. I agree about her putting her own touch to everything on Eternity too. I listened to the originals and honestly I didn't like any of them. I think kumi upgraded them all, especially misono's song.

No, I totally love Kumi's cute high-pitched voice! She can pull off both voices depending on the songs. I actually perfer the higher pitch like in BE MY BABY when she screams - so hot! But I love Kumi's cutesy Lady Go!!, Good Day, Lick Me, SUPERSTAR voices!

I totally agree! I was truly blown away by this album. I love this album so much I have dreams with the songs as background music. I wake up singing Ienai yo almost every day. Not to mention jam sessions in my car on my way to school. xD; I am crazy for this album and for the first time in soooooooooooo long I am crazy for Kuu music again!

I knew she was capable of this level of quality with her music and she finally proved me correct! My only hope is that she continues with this quality for her next original album! I already can NOT wait!!!!
