Does anyone have Shota's life (b-side of i miss you refrain). All the copies i found are not the right song. Super weird.

try alljpop...that's where I get my Jpop stuff...I also download Shota's album there..

Can someone help me find Shota's ENCORE? I can't seem to find it on this forum or anywhere else.

Fav tracks off this album are PROUD, thinking bout you and MONEY. There is really an awful lot of autotune used in this album though, kinda unbearable if you listen through the whole album haha

Yeah Shota went overboard with autotune in PROUD . I think he went for the more upbeat route and likewise quite a lot of rapping coming from him too

ENCORE was better that's for sure

I actually haven't listened to PROUD yet. Never got a chance to listen to ENCORE, so I wanna give that a listen first.

ENCORE is my 2nd favourite album of Shota . Impossible , Singer Songwriter no Uta , ENCORE (the song) are great while DREAM is my favourite single in the album

Carole King's You've Got A Friend is the only English cover in ENCORE . It was probably a leftover cover that didn't made the cut in Shota's MELODY covers album

Also You've Got A Friend was oddly excluded from my Taiwan press copy but Sony BMG Taiwan left the other 10 songs intact . It was probably because of copyright issues :x

I stopped listening to his music after ENCORE. I heard it once and was unimpressed. Definitely itching to give it another honest listen now that he's put out a new album.

Shota's albums can be a bit difficult to get into unlike his singles

I 1st knew of Shota with his 2nd single Aishiteru but the single that converted me to a fan was YOU & I

I remembered YOU & I was quite heavily promoted alongside with JASMINE & YUI as each of their 3 songs were used to promote Sony Walkman 5 year ago
