The concept is probably "Facebook photos from her troupe" or something. The "design" is similar to the CDL poster that came with mu-mo purchases a while back.

In one of her recent posts she mentioned that the ichiza troupe made a surprise video for her 19th anniversary, which was shown to her in Paris (in the black and white striped shirt, where she is crying). I'm sure this is a screen from that video.
