I got only the CD+DVD with the photobook but still I did what I could XD now my stereo can't wait for the CD to be in it! (same for the DVD lol)

Maybe the bulk of Ayu's sales are in the CD+DVD format, whereas Kobukuro has even sales for both editions? There aren't any sales indicators, so stop assuming things. Just because they are in two high places doesn't mean Ayu's one edition isn't still besting their release.
