My Best Buy didn't have it and even this one store that only caters to CD's and DVD's didn't have it :| Maybe I'll go to Best Buy again and look...But yeah apparently it is rare.

But I guess if Rihanna gets sued, she'll have her director involved in the lawsuit as well. (...obviously..) But idk, only two scenes looked dead-on similar too me. If that's enough for him to win, I have no idea. I would of called it artistic inspiration though and took it as a huge compliment. But then, I'm no celebrity and the photographer is.

It's going to be moreso on her company and the director of the video. If it even makes it to court that is.
