She had the back one/tramp stamp one already when they filmed the Rule PV.
But I have no clue when she could have got the hip one done

You can see that in the Team Ayu magazine in one picture.
And in the making of Rule you can see it partly too.

They incorporated it into the back paint in the end I think.
