im glad the album is good but the cover is like AHHHH, i was expecting so much more for the album cover when i saw the single cover, then it just all went bad.

not a bad album at all! i much prefer the album version of hot as ice as compared to the demo... for some reason i just didn't like the demo. I also quite like piece of me, and of course i still love ooh ooh baby and break the ice (nice ending!)

i was kind of disappointed that i had heard demo versions of so many of the songs... i would have liked a few more suprises... but that being said, i have no self control and can't say no to a leaked demo!

I'm kinda worried that the leak IS Blackout with no censored/uncensored option. If this was censored then naturally 'Hot As Ice' and 'Get Naked' would be as they are, but surely 'Gimme More' and 'Piece Of me' would be censored aswell.

I want the 'crazy as a muthaeffer' line in 'Get Naked'

I listened to the leaked album on VH1's site and I'm surprised/impressed. It's REALLY good, especially the first four songs. I'm obsessed with Break the Ice.

But aww, Brit why must the cover be so fug? =/

I was hoping the same thing. Hopefully that will be the case. I forget where I saw it, but I remember someone posting somewhere a scan from Best Buy's flier or something and the cover it showed for Blackout was actually just black, with the words "Britney Spears", and "Blackout" written. It was simple, but better than the actual one. Who knows if they might have an exclusive cover for the store. Doubtful, but I'm hoping that's the case.

Just listened to the album last night, and wow...I really am impressed, even if it sounds like she held Gwen and Madonna hostage until she extracted everything she could from them. (Not...that I'm really complaining, since I really like their sounds >.<) But yes...I definitely want this album. And the cover doesn't really bother me that much. XD Although it's weird to see her without blonde hair.

Comment: I'm liking it. It just baffles me that they chose the same cover, and the ugliest shot from any of the Blackout shoot's photos for BOTH the cover to Gimme More and Blackout. Really, what in the hell is her label thinking? How can they make such fantastic choices in the actual music, but screw up so royally with the cover. Honestly, it's going to turn people off and make them not want to buy the album. Sure anyone who wanted it anyway will still buy it, but the casual shopper seeing it on the New Release rack will probably run away in fear.

Their website's since been updated with the real cover, so they probably just quickly made it as it's better than an 'Image Coming Soon' pic. Also, the fonts don't remotely match the cover or back cover

No, I meant the picture for the 'deluxe edition' of the girl on the swing thing came out

And then when the font was uploaded, someone photoshopped over that picture.

I cannot believe the album has leaked. >.< I sure hope this doesn't hurt her sales. Anyways, I wont be downloading Blackout; I've heard enough of the album (all except 5 songs) and I'm content, and want to wait out the rest until the release. I really can't wait to hear the full Hot as Ice, Piece of Me, and Toy Soldier.
