eh you actually can see snow (should be salt in real life xD) being used prior to the end of the PV if your eyes are sharp enough

initally it was a big downpour in the PV but it slowly shifted to snow

I don't watch PV's....soooo...seeing as how this is set around CHRISTMAS time you wouldn't see rain. You would see snow. It'd be too cold for rain.

Nice PV!!! I liked how it turned to snow at the end.

In some places it doesn't snow even around Christmas.

Seriously though yeah it could have had more snow.

I know that. But this is set in Japan, I'm sure it snows there.
