Why? I mean, all the songs are ready isn't it?
I can understand than a release is pushed back when the time is too short to finish it, but it seems like this single is ready since several weeks now. I can't see any reason to push it back

Exactly Aurore , it doesn't make any sense but it's stated on their website that it's due to various un-named reasons which they didn't state what exactly it's

Anyway it's not the 1st time their release got pushed back as it happened for Silent Scream (pushed back 2 times within last March) & Destination (due to last year's earthquake) but still , for standing for you to get push back 2 months , it's ... bad

girl next door has delayed the release of their new single "standing for you" to February 27th.

The new single was originally supposed to be released on December 12th, but due to undisclosed reasons, the single has been pushed back by 3 months.

The group apologised for the sudden delay in the single's release on their official website and any inconvenience it may have caused.

With the release of the single delayed, the short preview PV of the video, which was released a couple of weeks ago, is no longer available for viewing on YouTube.

The single's release date change is the second major change the single has undergone. The covers of the single were also changed towards the end of November

I still think they should specified what exactly were the main reasons in pushing standing for you til next Feb

not that it makes any big difference now that they can't chart/sell well but still D:

Personally I wonder if it has to do with the kids in the video? Maybe one of their parents decided they didn't want their kids in it?

Hmm, oh well. I wasn't particularly excited for it, but I'm still curious why...

The fact that they didn't disclose what reason/s on why standing for you got pushed all the way to late Feb is not helping matters as it got me even more curious on why this has happened

I rather they be upfront & say it as it's , rather than speculating so many reasons but I don't know , I guess that's that

Swimmer Kitajima Kosuke and girl next door’s Chisa are engaged

On December 31st it was reported that Olympic gold medalist swimmer Kitajima Kosuke (30) and girl next door vocalist Chisa (27) are engaged. The two are planning on registering their marriage within the year (2013), but plans for a ceremony are still undecided. Chisa is not pregnant at this time and will continue her activities as a member of girl next door.

According to sources, Kitajima and Chisa met through a mutual acquaintance about 2 years ago. Kitajima revealed, “We have been dating since 2 years ago, and its also through her support that I was able to apply myself to competition.” He sent Chisa an engagement ring in the summer of 2012, “Right now, we are thinking about things together including our future.”

Chisa also stated, “Although it was a short period, while spending each day together, we both began to think about the same future.” She continued, “We are still inexperienced, but we would like to walk together while thinking about our future. I ask that you would please warmly watch over us.”

I've read that the reason (for the single that has been pushed back) is because of a student who died (maybe suicide?) at the same school where they were filming the MV a week before the incident.

(Please, don't mind my poor English) (´~`")

Also congratulations to Chisa! I'm glad she will still be a part of gnd.
