Okay, I'm literally melting looking at this picture It's fantastic, I love the 90s feeling of it, and the coloring is very, very pretty! I wouldn't mind at all if that's the cover art for her new album (or if the cover follows this style). Simple but cool. Reminds me of something like globe + ZARD.

It was here. There's a thread about LICO's journey and it's a pretty big one IIRC.

There was a big news story on LICO's transition and she flew to Thailand to have the operation done a few years back.
