That song leaked a while ago and a ton of Gaga fans went nuts on tumblr/twitter. It was a mess lol. Lana and Gaga were discovered by the same guy so people have speculated that they knew of each other before they got famous. Anyways, a new Tropico picture is out!

I wonder if they meet again in some music award, what would they do. Cold shoulder treatment is the closest way that I could ever think, they're not a 6'th grader that would jump out to their opponent and fighting like a cougars lol
Anyway, that pic is stunning!! And the font is way much better. What better more? No freaky looking guy.

She keeps calling it a farewell project, I hope she's just talking about the era.

I wonder what the plot will be, because it's all been pretty heavy on the biblical imagery, and even the album being called "Paradise" fits in. Exciiiting.

Everyone is losing it over her saying 'farewell project." I really hope she just means that this is the end of The Born To Die/Paradise era.

farewell? I didn't know about that. Any article about it since I thought she was working for her 2'nd album right now but after her demos and other record file had been stolen which cause massive leak in the internet, it get delayed.

I recall Lana saying in an interview after Born to Die was out, that she wasn't thinking to continue her career, 'cause she felt like she said everything and wouldn't have known what to write in her lyrics anymore. But then the Paradise Edition was out, and then Young & Beautiful too, so I'm not too worried. I don't think she's gonna drop her career, just turn the page. Or at least I hope so!

Yeah, Lana says it's 'the end' all the time. Looking at all her unreleased stuff, it's obvious that her life is music...I doubt she'll be ending her career anytime soon.

Good for her. She's on the peak of her career now. Fashion magazine loves her, music and entertainment looking forward for her new releases and breakthroughs (I considered Tropico is a breakthrough) its gonna be ridiculous if she quit all of sudden.

"Wish they could've seen you

Another reason why I hate Williamsburg and the people that are from there lol.

I think it would be very her if she did just stop though, she's very dramatic and tragic and it would fit perfectly with her image.

Lana Del Rey Says Fame Is Getting In the Way of Songwriting

Maybe this is one of the reason why she keeps telling that it is the end.

"I don’t think [fame has] been
conducive to writing, being on the
road and all that. I don’t really feel
inspired to write at all, but
beforehand, when I was in Brooklyn
for nine years…I was kind of a night
owl and just walked around and met
weird people. That was me picking
up life experiences and meshing
them into my own. That really did it
for me...I really feel like I need six
months to live again, time to be like,
normal or abnormal. I don’t have
anyone writing anything for me. It’s
such an internal well and if it’s not
full, it’s just not full."—Lana Del
Rey {Radio.com}
credits: ELLE magazine

Love her looks.

Love this woman. Love the way she thinks and speaks, everything! If all she needs to continue is six months of break, that's fine! She can't do more than an album every one or two year anyway. I understand her: if you don't live an eventful life, it's difficult to make experiences and form opinions and ideas, and therefore write about it.
Thanks for posting this.
(And that hairstyle makes me think immediately of Kana Nishino's Thank You, LOVE! It's such a lovely look!)

^agree on what your thought.

Got this fresh from her tweets...mmm well is not that new.

Lana said “I can’t wait to see you at our
premier for Tropico at the Hollywood
Forever Cemetery and in NYC.”

....Okay...is it pretty normal to play a movie or so in the cemetery? This is kinda new for me and I have to say..she got balls!

If she took a break, I wouldn't mind at all! It's better to take a break than rush a release for every year with no inspiration.

Wiki says it's famous for having loads of people in the entertainment industry buried there, and it now frequently holds film screenings and music events.

It sounds very Lana~
