Thanks for the vids, I need this show in HD now. POP DIVA isn't original version but HOUSE NATION Sunset In Ibiza Remix from Driving Hit's 3. I like this remix, waaaay better than DJ VIRMAN Remix - FAR EAST MOVEMENT. I expected more from their remix.

Judging by the crowd (when the intro music started playing) Japan really loves Got to the top. Well, no surprise it's awesome. Still playing it on repeat.

To be honest I expected hate from the Vkei fans with Pink Spider, because 'Pink Spider' was the first single released in the same month after Hide committed suicide, and was extremely popular because of it. I read that many fans believe that Hide was referring to himself as the 'Pink Spider' since his hair was always pink, and believe the lyrics were his suicide note before he committed suicide. (And looking at the English lyrics I can see why, especially with 'A pink spider flows across the sky' at the end). (some who believe the lyrics are his suicide note probably find it being used in a sexual way disrespectful, maybe.)

I don't because I don't think Kuu would do anything deliberate to cause disrespect to such a famous artist who is still very much in everyone's hearts. I think Kuu (and vaguely remember her saying) does covers out of respect for that artist, which is why she covered Misono's song for her birthday. I personally like Kuu's version, but not being a fan of Hide I don't have that personal attachment many other fans probably do. So while I love kuu's version and see no deliberate disrespect from her part, I can understand why Hide fans may not be happy considering the believed meaning of the original lyrics.

As for the whole kyary x lovely thing...That just seems like a load of petty crap to me.
I really want to see both 'Pink Spider' PV and 'Shake Hip'! I'm downloading all 3 PVs in HD when they're out.

It looks both really good and really bad at the same time. I think its the acting that kills it for me. The cheesy motorcycle scenes may have been done with the purpose of being cheesy, but its hard to say. But, the fact that Kuu is the most convincing is kinda sad, since she's a pretty bad actress.

I'm loving it tbh. I don't get what people are expecting, a hollywood production? I also love the song, the chorus is sooooooo great!

Pink Spider sounds really good in HQ, and from that preview I am really looking forward to the PV! I wonder if it will be extended in the full version and have some dialogue scenes? I'm not expecting it but that would be awesome.
