If she does lose her number 1 streak she might start releasing more singles since she won't have to worry about meeting "that expectation" for her record company. Whatever, everything happens for a reason and it is usually for something better. I have always stood by that mentality, and it has never failed me. If it happens, it happens, just look at it in a positive light. I have followed Ayu for a long time, and I am not about to give up, she will forever have my full support in anything she decides to do. If she wants to all of a sudden change it up and begin singing reggae (LOL) you bet your butt I will be giving those songs a nice listen

Ayu should've done PVs for Life, YOU and Depend on you too. The single would've sold like water if it'd be true.

Even though I really don't know if that would have helped or not I agree that a PV for Life would have been really amazing.

I think it would've helped, since 'YOU' and 'Depend on you' were selling like the same of 'Mirrorcle' in iTunes and they're still pretty popular. And her PVs are so good... she should've enjoyed Paris to make PVs more.

I always thought it would have been amazing for Ayu to remake the Depend on you and You music videos but with a different, more modern twist. I would have loved that so much!!!

The Island Mix was FAR from reggae. Her closest as the STEP YOU TAKI-**** remix.

I think it'd be funny if they just plopped new Ayu into the old videos with old Ayu. That'd make for a cheap laugh.

She always met with those very strong competitors on the chart...the current no.1 boyband on the chart is very powerful in japan currently and furthermore they are a boyband...so it will be very disappointing if ayu lost to them...

I wonder how many people will actually purchase the single at the concert place. Hardcore fans should have bought the singles on the first 2 days... Many concert attenders should be casual buyers. They dun really buy the singles unless the single is really good..

And also, i agree with blugie's latest post, whereby majority of the people went to the concert are casual buyers. Initially i always thought that concert will help to push ayu's singles' and albums' sales and it does help, but only to a certain but not significant extent.

I agree with northstar too ..i thought MW with 4 versions can have a first week sales of 150k or even more. If there's only two versions released..i cant imagine what will happen..Maybe MW may set another record; being the lowest selling single, with a first week sales that's lower than t2m and this is her tenth anniversary single.

yup the members previously were in a variety show and until now then try released their first single...and their popularity over there is very high...i guess a lot of girls are falling in love with them
