well, i personally got into kumi during the BC era. like, i've always loved 4 hot wave, koi no tsubomi, yume no uta, and cherry girl/unmei back then, so it's kinda like a classic for me. plus, i honestly thought the songs were good so that's my reason

It's really weird because individually I like a lot of songs from Black Cherry... but there's something about how it flows that throws me off and I find myself skipping back and forth a lot. It's especially frustrating when I'm driving lol.

Black cherry is her only album that you can listen to from start to finish without skipping any songs. it also has some classics such as JUICY, koi no tsubomi, I'll be there, Cherry girl, yume no uta, etc. not to mention the booklet is extremely hot. this was the era where she looked the best imo. before her freaky multi-colored outfits/prince of bel-air fashion.

secret and Kingdom are my favorites too!


Regarding Black Cherry it's a pretty good album but like, I hated how 9 asides were released from the album(10 if you include Won't Be Long ;x) I really like the singles from the album but don't care for the album tracks. As for aesthetics Black Cherry is easily one of my favorites though. The booklet and covers were grate

i think "Black Cherry" lacks a flow between the tracks. i love the songs, but the place order is so random, LOL.
