I would love to buy this but the DVD contents are a bit stupid

they only include the PV & making offshot for 4 Seasons but not for Bird's case ~_~

you only can find Bird's PV in the DVD anime edition of the single T_T

i'm assuming "paradise" is a new song, and it's for an anime (since i see TBS/MBS) and i also assume that the anime will start airing in january 2011, with the new song. maybe it's another Durara ending or something? or maybe i'm wrong & it's a TV show, not an anime. either way, it's something new!

i just found out from tokyograph that the tie-in is a drama on TBS, called "Quartet". and saki fukada stars in it along with.....MATSUSHITA YUYA! his first j-drama if i'm not wrong, since that mini-drama he was in was just for cell phones, lol. i'm so watching if this is really a serial drama and it'll be subbed! i'm so happy for MY.

you compare its peak position against foolish foolish , LAST SNOW & Honesty , those singles never crack the top 20 but Bird / 4 Seasons did !

Not calling it flop chart wise, calling it flop quality wise. 4 Seasons was so boring and Bird I don't even remember lol. Those songs definitely were not that great. Compared to everything in his first era.

Bird is boring to me as he has other great ballads

But my sister loves it because she watched the Black Butler anime which was used to promote & she said it fits the whole theme of the anime very well

4 Seasons is awesome because prior to this , MY never had a summer inspired no. in his discography & L.o.L was great despite the silly song title

I'm curious to see just how paradise will stack up as I still like MY for what he offers

I followed him from LAST SNOW onwards & it's great to see him growing musically & then some 8D

Actress Saki Fukuda (20) has been chosen to lead a drama series on TBS and MBS titled "Quartet." The drama is based on a hardboiled crime/action story by author Arimasa Osawa, who wrote the popular "Shinjuku Shark" novel series.

Fukuda will be taking on a role unlike her previous characters. She plays the part of Shun, a descendant of a "zanryu-koji" (a Japanese orphan left behind in China at the end of World War II). Now living as an illegal resident in the fictional city of Midori, she is one of three young people helping police in undercover investigations. Fukuda will be wearing a full-body tattoo for this serious action drama, which includes heavy topics such as bootlegs drugs being tested on people, and people treating others as slaves. Fukuda is also learning some Chinese for the part.

Fukuda's co-star is singer and actor Yuya Matsushita (20), who will play the rough and reckless Takeru. Although he has acted in a few films and stage productions, this is his first appearance in a television drama. He has also been tapped to provide the show's theme song "paradise," which involves producer Kiyoshi Matsuo and songwriter Jin Nakamura.

TBS and MBS will broadcast "Quartet" in a late-night time slot, starting in January.

i'm a bit confused, though. isn't jin nakamura the producer? not the writer? i'm just surprised because he's been producing for yuya since his debut, so all of a sudden a producer change?
