it will be really nice if suki de ends up beating crossroad... i just want to see those 'over-confident' ayu fans crush...
it could be a possibility though...since people who order crossroad most likely order L in the same order, and therefore sales for crossroad will ne count towards oricon during 2nd week, when L is shipped. but then again, if fans of ayu and kuu were to order all 3 singles.... sales for BOTH crossroads and suki de will be counted for the 2nd week. i'm worried.....and i selfishly do something to hep kuu... i made my suki de orders separate from ayu, even with my FC versions at mumo. while my crossroad orders are TOGETHER with L order's. NOW THIS thing!!! i can't admit in ayu''s threads.. or i will most likely end up being murdered/chopped/slaughtered/slahed into pieces....

yeah... i hate it how they kept saying kuu has no potiential of beating ayu...blah blah blah...
but if you take a look at kuu's best selling physical sales, it's her ballad single!!! suki de x3 is just the type of songs that japanese love. Then they are underestimating 'walk', kuu fans love this song and now that there's a pv for it, i'll expect even casual fans who go to her concert before will buy it too, as she sings this song during EVERY CONCERT, it's like her trademark......... but then again... i don't really want ayu to lose her streak.... it will be humilating for ayu... if only kuu's single is not on the same day as ayu's....

I think kumi has an chance to beat Ayu, unfortunatly. I don't want to be rude or something but for Ayu is would be really REALLY sad if her 49th single doesn't get nr1. Because she worked so hard for all these nr1 singles and her streak. But in the other way, Kumi would Extremely famous is she beats Ayu so that is also good. Can't they just get together at one? is the sales are just the same or something?

I honestly don't understand people wanting a different artist to flop. It's immature and someone else flopping doesn't suddenly make your own artist better.
Whichever one gets the no. 1, I'm okay with. I WOULD prefer Ayu to keep her streak, but I'm not going to ***** and moan when she doesn't. |

^I really wouldn't have a problem if Ayu beat Kumi....even if Kumi's single turns out to be better....as long as Ayu's single is decent. If its something crappy or boring....then that would feel a bit wrong....

I don't think Ayu really cares about her streak XD She already mentioned that in her opinion 'her era is over' in that light/darkness interview.
Personally, I think it would be amusing if Kuu got number 1 just to shut up some members here. Not because I want to see Ayu lose or Kuu win. |

I think as long a we keep it civil no one will go after anyone but then again there are over zealous fans on both ends so I'm probably wrong. I'm not going to wish or predict who is going to end up number one because we have yet to really hear anything from the other single and since we can no longer can go off the clip we heard of crossroad it's all up in the air.

For the last time, this is an AYUMI HAMASAKI forum, of course fans / stans are going to want Ayu to beat Kumi, it's not because they have something against kumi, it's just because Ayu is the #1 priority for most people here!
There's absolutely no need to look down on the "over-confident ayufans", you can go do that on a Kuu-forum, thank you very much. In the new thread, let's just drop this issue and accept the fact there are always going to be kuu-stans, and there are always going to be ayu-stans. We don't have to get along, but we don't have to fight either. Amen. [and for the record, I wish kumi all the best and I love her music. don't attack me] |

It'd be a shame for Kuu to beat Ayu when Ayu's so close to breaking the record. I want her to at least break it and then she can be brutally smashed.
I think it's INCREDIBLY unfair of avex to put Kuu against Ayu when avex is so gungho for Ayu to break Seiko's streak :l It's like they WANT Kuu to fail

I think we have a bad point of view here: all here seems to support for Kuu, not Ayu. I want Ayu to continue her streak! I know my analysis says that her highest sales for the past year or two has NOT been higher than any of Ayu's #1 sales... Not even Gossip Candy - it sold less than MOON/blossom in just one week...
