Yesterday kuu gave an interview at tokyo.fm and she talked about Pink Spider MV, I'll give you a summary about what I understood because no one has translated the info in chinese yet (I'm so sorry for my bad english)

- it seems the video will have CG? she said for giving it a ~fantasy~ touch to the story and so go according to the manga
- they totally changed the instrumental of the song (which was originally rock) to add koda kumi's charm and juiciness, and it ended up on a dubstep-styled song
- she seems to admire the manga's creator, she said that the adaptation in general did show a never-seen-before side of her
- the original story is about prostitutes, so it seems that there will be a variety of sexy and imposing costumes throughout the whole video
- kuu feels that of over 100 videos she made ​​throughout her career, she never made ​​one so luxurious (this part is not clear to me, if it's a video with CG, how is it luxurious? xP)
- the result is an overflowing, powerful music video wich shows women's sexiness and tenacity, thanks to the work of the staff and cast

If they're making one PV for the cover album it is very likely they are preparing also two or three more to release a CD+DVD version of it.

And about it being luxurious, maybe not every scenario is gonna be a CG? And also there seem to be many costumes... This PV seems to be promising, cant wait!

Even CGI can be luxurious when well done. Just take a look at the Lord of the Rings trilogy, that's 90% CGI but it's never obvious and executed perfectly.

Being a CG student, I know that when done right with Live Action, CG looks amazing. It seems more that she has added some CG for that touch of fantasy, as she said, but it's not all CG. It could be just certain aspects of it are CG, but not full on like Whatchu Waitin On? (which was also very well done), or it could just be some special effects added in, or some scenes are CG and others not. By luxurious she could mean they do actually have some pretty nice, elaborate sets going on, like the stage on in the PV image preview, that didn't look CG.
