I guess the entire EP was recorded in 1 take , if not iTunes Japan wouldn't subsequently offered a 1 track purchase for the EP which's unusual

That said I like the EP , for the songs that Anna covered it brought back so many memories for me when I used to listen to English music

I probably will buy the CD only as I'm not that interested in the DVD footages

She 1st married model Joshua in 2004 and divorced in July 2006

From Anna's 1st marriage , she gave birth to her first child , a son . Joshua passed away in 2008

Subsequently , Anna married Kikuchi in September 2009 and welcomed her second child (also a son) with him in March 2010

Anna Tsuchiya Divorces Husband Of 6 Years

Anna Tsuchiya and her husband of 6 years Yamato Kikuchi have divorced each other.

Tsuchiya announced the divorce on January 21 through her personal blog.

"Excuse me for this personal matter, but at this time I would like to report that on January 21 Yamato Kikuchi and I have divorced," she wrote.

Tsuchiya explained that the two have been discussing the state of their relationship for approximately 6 months. Due to their changing values, the two decided to end their marriage.

Kikuchi was Tsuchiya's stylist when they began dating in 2007. The two married in September of 2009 and later had a son together named Simba on March 26, 2010.

The two plan on sharing custody of their child and will continue to cooperate together as mother and father.

This is the 2nd time Tsuchiya has been divorce. In June of 2004, the singer married actor Joshua Niimura. The two had a child together named Sky in November of 2004. The two got divorced in July of 2006.

Tsuchiya Anna announces divorce from her 2nd husband

On January 21, actress/singer Tsuchiya Anna announced on her official blog that she divorced her husband, stylist Kikuchi Yamato. This is the second divorce for Tsuchiya.

She wrote, "This is a private matter, but please allow me to make an announcement that I divorced stylist Kikuchi Yamato today on January 21." She explained, "Since there was a gap between us in the sense of values regarding our lifestyle and future, we kept having discussions this past 6 months. We have agreed and come to the conclusion that we should keep going on our separate ways with a better state of mind."

She then wrote that she and her ex-husband will continue working together as parents for the kids.

Tsuchiya first married to model Joshua (passed away in 2008) in 2004, and they had a son together, but they ended their marriage in July 2006. In September 2009, she announced her remarriage with Kikuchi and had her second son in 2010.

Tokyo District Court Dismisses Lawsuit Against Anna Tsuchiya

The Tokyo District Court has dismissed a 30 million Yen lawsuit filed by playwright Tomoaki Kai against Anna Tsuchiya.

Kai sued Tsuchiya for 30 million Yen after the singer backed out of his play "Kiseki no Singer". The play is based on the life of Asami Hamada, a Japanese singer know for calling herself the "worst singer in Japan". Tsuchiya was supposed to play the lead character, but backed out when she found it he did not get Hamada's official approval to do the play.

The lawsuit between the two has been going on since 2014. That year, the singer attempted to settle the case for 2 million Yen, but Kai rejected the offer, stating, "It's a matter of honour, not a matter of money."

On April 27, 2015, Tsuchiya counter sued Kai for defamatory lyrics that he wrote for "ANNA". The lawsuit claimed 10 million Yen in damages, but Kai has only been ordered to pay Tsuchiya 330,000 Yen.

Tsuchiya did not appear in court when it made its decision to dismiss Kai's lawsuit. When she returned home that night, she greeted reporters with a smile and thanked her fans and family for supporting her throughout the ordeal.

Tomoaki Kai Plans On Appealing Ruling In Lawsuit Against Anna Tsuchiya

After losing his lawsuit against Anna Tsuchiya, stage director Tomoaki Kai has said that he plans on appealing the court's decision.

Kai sued Tsuchiya for 300 million Yen in damages for failing to appear in his play "Kiseki no Singer", causing him to shut down the production. The Tokyo District Court dismissed his lawsuit on Monday after a 2 year legal battle, citing copyright issues that would have shut down the show regardless of the singer's participation.

The director has a history immediately appealing court decisions in the past. While he hasn't done so after the latest decision, Kai expressed dissatisfaction with the ruling through his Facebook page and promised that he will be appealing the decision.

Tsuchiya has won a counter suit against Kai. The singer sued him for defamation after he uploaded a song whose lyrical content was said to be about her. The Tokyo District Court ordered him to pay her 330,000 Yen in damages.

Tsuchiya previously attempted to settle the lawsuit against her. She offered to pay Kai 2 million Yen as part of the settlement, but he rejected the offer.

Anna Tsuchiya Ends Marriage On Good Terms

Anna Tsuchiya has stated that despite her divorce from Yamato Kikuchi, the two are on good terms and will continue to work together.

Media attention has been high after Tsuchiya announced her divorce last week and won lawsuits against Kai on Monday. The singer has spoke with reporters who have flooded her with questions on the two matters.

When asked about the end of her marriage, Tsuchiya expressed that the two ended on good terms. The two had been discussing their relationship for the past 6 months and ultimately decided to go their separate ways due to a shift in their values.

Tsuchiya denied rumours that her husband had cheated on her and that had led to their divorce.

There will be no alimony between the two; however, because they have a child together, they will continue to support each other and their child. Custody will be shared between them, but no court action will be taken.

"I don't hate him [because of the divorce]. I don't dislike him. Even now I still respect him," she said.

Tomomi Kahara, Shishido Kavka, Tsuchiya Anna, Natsuki Mari & LiLiCo Form New Unit “and ROSEs"

Tomomi Kahara, Shishido Kavka, Tsuchiya Anna, Natsuki Mari and LiLiCo has formed a woman’s chorus unit named “and ROSEs” and will be releasing their first single “Kurenai no Prologue” on June 8.

“and ROSEs” was formed as part of the “One of Love Project”, a social contribution project to help children in developing countries through the purchase of a rose launched by Natsuki Mari and Saito Nobu. In addition, the group will also be releasing a new song “Kurenai no Prologue” to express their support and encouragement for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake, which is still in the process of reconstruction five years after the disaster. The chorus of the song was arranged by Yutaka Yasuoka of the a cappella vocal group “Gospellers”. Nakaido “CHABO” Reichi, ichiro and Saito Nobu also participated in the recording of the song.

Along with TOSHI-LOW (BRAHMAN, OVERGROUND ACOUSTIC UNDERGOUND) and Gospellers, “and ROSEs” will also be performing at the One of Love Project GIG vol.7 on June 21 at Akasaka BLITZ.
