she generally sell around 70K or so for her singles other than that

Aside from again, YUI hasn't hit 100k+ since 2008. I wouldn't call that "usually" : P

It would be a month before the album releases, but why is Sony not releasing any details yet? They might just delay it to late July or early August, but we know that on August 4th Arashi is about to release a new album...
