I really love Lady GaGa, but I think I preferred her before she got so big. I have seen her twice. The first time was when she was supporting the Pussycat Dolls. It was the first date in the UK tour in Aberdeen, and we didn't get Ne-Yo, so Lady GaGa did a longer set compared to other dates. It was basically a concert intself and she put so much effort into it. She didn't have nearly as much props and dancers compared to now but she worked with what she had and it was amazing!
The second time was in Glasgow for the Monster Ball tour. It was a spectacular show, but it felt more like a musical compared to the first time I saw her. She seemed like she was acting through the whole show, even when she was taking breaks to speak to the crowd, so it kinda felt like she was fake. She also seemed to rely a lot more on her props and dancers compared to before and didn't put in as much effort with the dancing. I suppose that could be because the first time I saw her, it was her first of a string of shows so she would have been full of energy lol. I still love her, and would like to see her in concert again. :-D |
