Not sure if everything is confirm yetz but here's something which I've found from local newspaper! Hopefully this time they're right ^^
Ignore the 1st few paragraph ^^ the important thing lies in the last paragraph which states that ayu's RnRC Tour will be air on the 29th of september ^^

AT09 3D wasn't released on bluray until half a year after the threatrical run(and not announced before, either, as they want people to go to the cinema), I am guessing it will be the same for this. It's probably too expensive to shoot in 3D only to show it in cinemas for a short while, shooting in 3D is DAMN expensive.

Hamasaki Ayumi’s 3D Digital Cinema Concert 「A3DII ayumi hamasaki Rock’n'Roll Circus Tour FINAL ～7days Special～」 will start showing in cinemas nationwide starting from 3 September. During the premium showing at Shinjuku on 31 August, ayu herself will be doing a live stage greeting!

Venue: Shinjuku Wald 9
Guests: Hamasaki Ayumi and 6 dancers
Ticket Price: ￥4,200 ※3D glasses rental included
Special Goods: An event-only item will be given to all audience as a present!
Seating: All predetermined
Purchase Limit: 2 tickets per person ※Children below schooling age not allowed
