ELT is my pick, TBG is a close second. DAI is good too, but pretty overrated.

Do As Infinity without a doubt. Tomiko Van is awesome! I've never actually heard Every Little Thing, so I couldn't vote for them. I guess I should though, because many people seem to like them. I do like The Brilliant Green too though, but nowhere near as much as DAI.
