Good thing my memory is rather random XD I hope all goes well for him...

This case will be almost impossible to prove because that kind of vector art is incredibly easy to produce if you have an imaging program (especially if you're just altering an original image).

With that said, Xael - is your version a version you purchased or one that you downloaded? If it's a download, I suppose there's the slight chance that someone altered the game with their own skins? (just a random thought, I don't really know anything about this game otherwise)

Well not necessarily. The deviation shows that on her ear there is a little face on it. That used to be his icon on deviantart. It appears to be that same one on the game screenshot. Hopefully that will help him out.

I don't think that a big company like that would just steal images from people without permission. It was probably altered if it were downloaded.

Even if they did alter his image they'd still have to credit him for the original. I'm assuming it was hacked if it's a pirated copy. Sucks either way because someone still used what was his >_<
