Nah don't misunderstand me. It's just some people have to nitpick every little detail from her pvs, lives, songs. It's a pity that some people can't just enjoy her releases just like most fans of other artists do but I suppose nothing can be done about it...-.-; sorry if I sounded rude. Didn't mean to.

It's pointless to compare ayumi to namie or koda at their recent state, because all of the 3 artists have been having their flaws lately. As much as ayu has her flaws both namie and koda have too. Namies recent releases all sound almost the same (the whole Queen of Hip-Pop album and Violet Sauce), even though i do like the songs in it, but it indeed lacks when it comes to variation.
Koda 12 singles was an amazing idea but the songs aren't any different than the usual stuff she releases and some of them don't really have that great of a replay value in my opinion ("you" was beautiful at first but I quickly grew tired of it, same happened to Birthday's eve , D.D.D was a bit more consistent though but that's it, and Lies is still Fresh but i don't think it will have that great of a replay value for me either).
If either namie or Koda had been indeed releasing brilliant stuff but it's just the usual they do.

I agree with your points Impact. Personally I have yet to see a JPop artist who can reinvent music genres like ballads as Ayu does and make them sound simply brilliant.

I didn't care much for the PV, much like how I didn't care for much of Ayu's other PVs this year (the STEP you one was the only interesting one, imo), but the song is Lovely. I love how her voice can both be used in dramatics (in her louder songs) and in simple tunes (like this one); this is like a throwback to her more subdued songs like Teddy Bear and Powder Snow which I've sorely missed from her for awhile.

On closer evaluation, the worst song I've heard from her this year so far is WILL, and even that has become tolerable. Yes, I'm one of those crazy ones who adored B&D.

ok.. for me... I dun really LOVE this song. It's not about repetitive or whether the bridge is essential. It's just that I love ayu's emotional ballads (e.g., No way to say, Dearest, Voyage, Pride, etc.). The pv itself could have been more creative. I dun really like ayu standing/sitting at the same place thru out the whole video. She could have been walking around the room. For the bus stop part I had nothing to say (who will walk around the bus stop when it's raining?). I guess it's another rushy video..

I think... B&D is much better...

I love this song. It's so soothing and relaxing. the repetitiveness of the melody makes it sound like a really nice lullaby. and together with the backing instruments, this song osunds amazing. I prefer this over Pride and it's on par with Heaven and the PV is really nice as well. where did she shoot this? Did she actually go to some place in Germany or was it all in a studio or some place in Japan?

Holy crap, another single from Ayu, I've been away too long ¬_¬.

Anywho, I really like this song...I've always been a fan of her slower songs, Bold&Delicious was questionable but it grew on me.

This song has instantly grew on me.....another great hit from Ayu!

It looks like it's gonna be the best song of the new album, with HEAVEN and Pride, that are awesome for me. Well, I should wait for all the songs to say that, but those three songs are gorgeous. *-*

what do u mean by a bridge between the verses and the chorus :S i thought this song has a bridge in around 2:20 ..

anywho .. i really like this song .. i thought this song is so calm and relaxing ..
imagine listening it on a rainy day ~ will be perfect =)
i think this album is going to be better than MY STORY ..
Why should she include Bold & Delicious .. she should leave that one out and include Startin instead !!! GRrr ~

Then you must have absolutely hated HEAVEN.

And about the song? I can't listen to it without watching the PV or I lose interest some two minutes into the song.

I like, not love the song~! I agree it's very soothing and suitable to listen to in a rainy day~ Nice and simple, which is very different from the 2005 singles, those with complicated arrangements. And this is a good ending song for an album as well~! Slowly the album ends, very comfortable!

I like the song but I can understand why people would think it's too repetitive. Because of the repeating chorus, the song seems shorter than it really is (length-wise).
