Wow, all the shots in this photobook are beautiful, a lot better than the other photobook. Anyone who's ordered the CD-only version will LOVE this photobook I got my copy less than half-an-hour ago, it's gorgeous (And before someone yells 'bootleg' it's a JP version from CDJapan, sent by 3-6 days method last Wednesday)

Lucky you!! Is there any chance that you could make full scans of your copy of the photobook?

I wish I could scan it, I was going to if it was a booklet with staples, I could have taken it apart after removing the staples, scanned it and put it back together again - but the way this book is, there's no staples, it's not possible to scan it without bending the pages back so that they're flat, and that would ruin it Sorry about that, I only have one copy and I don't want to ruin it I would do it if I had more than one copy, though.
