Looking at Ayus size I am pretty sure she'll not give birth the normal way ... I don't know the english word for when you do it through operation.

Well, it's called a C section when they cut your stomach open (if thats the operation you are referring to)

But C sections usually are done if you gain TOO much weight during pregnancy

second........i dont think Ayu's secret is that she is having a baby.there r somethings to prove that she isent having a baby.for 1 example,at her Birthday party she was drinking and that would be bad for the baby,and after that when she was at the other party for that picture taker person(...i forgot her name) she was also drinking at her party too.
third..........i dont think that the secret would be in the title,i think its in all the song lyrics put together.
