I also really love Daybreak, Endless Sorrow, and I am... but I don't consider those "rock" - or at least not this type of rock.

It has electronic elements which make it a sort of "techno-y" feel. slightly... STEP you is one of my absolute most favorite AYU SONGS but I do not consider it ROCK in one bit - It isn't sugary enough to be "dance" and it is more like "electronic pop"

You didn't create techno, therefore, you can't define what is and isn't "real techno" (that term is so stupid anyways. "Real" anything. Real music, real country, real rock, real pop, real hip-hop... like WE'RE so important that OUR own definitions of something are the end-all be-all). If they think it's techno because it does have elements, then it is in their view.

based on my interpretation of Rock

1. Free&Easy
2. Is this LOVE?
3. Game
4. 1love
5. Alterna (I dunno, I suddenly have this sudden obsession with that song)

I think M is skimming the borders of rock/pop, because it sounded more rockish in some live than studio. Of course, Ayu has a lot of songs that's skimming the rockish/poppish border...

Does Ladies night~another night~ count as anything? XD

1. Because Of You. I really loved the last CDL performance.
2. Alterna. It has a really interesting sound, like with the violin-y bits at the start.
3. 1 LOVE. Just dead cool for obvious reasons.
4. About You. I absolutely love the rhythm on the chorus, it's so catchy!
5. GAME. I love how grungy it sounds.

For me, "M" is sort of rock. It has the same rock/ballad style as "Memorial address". They both have a sweeter beginning that makes you think it's a ballad but it turns into something heavier and louder.

Yes I consider Memorial address a rock song because in a way it really is yeah it starts off very ballad-like but in the main part it is all heavy rock there and the live performance is that guitar goin' wild so there!

I believe that is my Top 5....this was harder than choosing my ballads ahah.
