The Introduction of Epik High - Lesson 1!

^ Me too! lol I have like a few songs of theirs off that album. When I think about, I only have a few songs off each of their albums. I'm waiting to order it. So, I'm not gonna dl it.

@sakidrops: I first heard of Tablo off Rain's I'm Coming song () then after hearing Anyband and watching their concert, I fell in luv with Epik High's Fly and Fan. So I decided to Limewire their music and BAM, I was hit with more fanastic music from them when I was dling more of their songs off Lw including my fave song of theirs, Flow. I've been a fan of theirs every since then. *became an EH fan in late 07*

I'm particularly excited about the remix album. I really can't imagine how some songs will be like O.O I hope it comes out soon xD
At first I didn't like One because it was a bit more mainstream than their other songs, but it grew onto me. I thought that "Hope is a paper boat that sinks, isn't it sad?" from One was particularly interesting, no idea why but that line stood out to me the most for some reason out of the whole song.

I have always been a fan of Epik High since they came out as one of the bands in the Movement. If anyone doesnt know, the Movement is a crew of Korean hip-hop artists, including Drunken Tiger, Dynamic Duo, Tasha, etc. They have great songs and the third album in particular is my favorite.

If you never herd it yet, listen to Let It Rain, i think its one of the best songs they've made

^OMG! You luv that song too?! I agree that Let It Rain is one of their best songs. It has such a nastalgic feel to it -forgive my spelling! - I sing along to everytime I hear it. It's such a beautiful song. I also liked their rendition of Michael Jackson's "You Are Not Alone" featuring SG Wannabe <~ A very good live.

As for the KHH movement, I've heard of Drunken Tiger and Dynamic Duo, but not Tasha. *is in the process of gettin' into more Korean artists*

@Chelly: When I first heard One, I thought it ws good but weird at the same time because it was a completely different sound from them then what I had been use to from them. lol Also, I though the lyrics was inspiring. I don't particularly read into their lyrics but I thought some of them were really good.

I love Fan so much, everything about that song is absolute love. People I know like Love Love Love more, but to me, Fan was definitely the best song on the album ^^
Epik High's songs are always inspiring and meaningful. I need to go buy their Remapping the Human Soul album XD

Funny that I'm listening to Love Love Love now. I really can't choose between LLL and Fan...PV-wise, I'll have to go with LLL. I really didn't understand the concept of the Fan PV. If I'm not mistaken, didn't it have something to do when a girl being obsessed with a guy...so obsessed that she kidnapped him. Or am I wrong? Anyway, I also really liked Mr. Doctor and Broken Toys. Nice!

hehe yea, drunken tiger was the best rap group period. i think they were at their peak on their 4th album foundation. after dj shine left, the latest albums have been lackluster but their 7th album (sky is the limit) was AWESOME. Dynamic Duo is great too, their remake of the ol disco song Ring my Bell is epic win! Tasha rocks, shes probably the only successful female Korean rapper so far. she was also a past love interest of Tiger JK, but I don't think they ever tied the knot due to family issues.

The Fan MV was like she was soo freakin' obsessed with the dude she kidnapped him 'cause she didn't want to "share" him to anyone else so that's why she tried to send him off to like the moon or somewhere besides Earth and he ends up dying. I've never seen the Love Love Love PV so I probably have to go youtube it later ^^

I luv those pics. They look so hot. I'm luvin' Tablo's new hairstyle more and more. Mithra and TakutZ hairstlye are hot as well. Their new image fits them. I so have to make a set of those pics. I can't wait to get my copy of Pieces.

Well that's what I thought the One PV was trying to say, that the person that hurts you the most can be your hope to live everyday ? Something like that lol. So Jung Ryeo Won commits suicide 'cause of this guy and stuff, but Epik High act like angels and bring her back to life. -shrugs-
Really random but from the look of it, I'll never be able to embrace Jpop as much as I do with Kpop XD

Well, I just heard the whole LOVESCREAM album and it's the best damn album of the year. It's just awesome. I seriously recommend to everyone. Butterfly Effect = Fallin' is my EH addiction right now. lol It's so damn catchy.
