Same as "REPLACE" its has something similar to that song.... At first, i feel happy... but after i saw Ayu crying while singing it, and the words just sipped into my veins and heart, i often cry or be tear-eyed whenever i listen to it ^^

when i'm happy, i will be even more happy ? but well, i don't really listen to MY ALL that much..
when i'm fine, i'm think MY ALL is a kind of happy song
yeah is a little bit of bitter sweet feel..

It can be a bit sad. There's sadness but strength in the song. I get sad when I think of the CDL performance due to all the problems Ayu was facing around that time, but it also makes me see how strong she is.

I would have to agree that the initial feeling is one of happiness and then it progresses into sadness. gets me every single time. lol

my love for this song grew stronger after watching the perfomance on the CDL 07-08 DVD

When I first heard MY ALL, I actually went sobbing~
Though it's a happy song, I can't help but give out a tear or two when I hear it..
Especially when I watched CDL 07-08 performance...

i felt that this song would make a great ballad with it was done with piano and orchestra and all that the first time i heard it. i always feel touched by this song and it really is a bittersweet song especially the lyrics..

I used to think it was a very happy song until i saw Ayu do it at Countdown Live 07-08, and read the Lyrics. The song can sometime make me happy, or sad. Depending on the mood im in while listening to it.

Oh my god yes to me it is one of the saddest Ayu songs, but kind of in a happy-sad way. I'm sad thinking about her singing it as the last song when I went to AT08 this year and kind of a happy-sad thinking about how much she truly loves us all - her fans. Gosh I cry every time listening to this song, lol.

I can only understand the chorus and it's very poignant lyrics...

This sounds crazy but really it gives you two emotions. Happy and sad at the same time. When I sing along with it at the first part, it makes me smile. I even raise my hands and sway in the air but when the last chorus comes especially the "La La La..." I can't help but to cry..weird..just like those to ayu's last part of the concerts where she smile and then cry...

Location: i live in ayu's house on weekdays and HYde's house on weekends ^^ and on Sunday, I stay at Gackt's duplex after I go to church and then we stay up all night having slumber parties!! yay!
