Guilty/Next Level

I prefer Guilty. It has better music and lyrics. The songs are more powerful.

Honestly I'm not that crazy about Guilty or Next Level, though between the two I would definitely choose Guilty. What I ended up doing was making a Next Level/Guilty combination CD with the best tracks from each album and that ended up being a whole lot better.

I totally agree. Rainbow is when she really started to change it up...and Next Level is another big change....im curious to see whats after Sunshine/sunset

I prefer GUILTY over NL....nothing against NL though...its a different style...I just like GUILTY's rock style more

I love both albums in their own ways. NEXT LEVEL is fun! new style for ayu that you can dance to and stuff. But if I had to pick, I would say GUILTY. I have this really huge connection with this album, I just believe every word she sings for every song. Every song in that album is just really strong and reflects what she was living during that time, until this day.

both albums had their bads though! GUILTY broke her top 1 studio albums record and NEXT LEVEL is her lowest selling studio album xD dunno which one is worst... I wonder what is her next album gonna be like xD

Anyways I love Next Level more than Guilty. I felt like Guilty you had to learn to love it because it's so dark and emotional. I remember only listening to like 4-5 songs of the album when it first came out, and learning to love the rest. However Next Level was instant love for me.

honestly, i think the biggest notice was that GUILTY was sooo depressing and NEXT LEVEL was sooo happy LOL the contrast is so apparent
but it sucks cause GUILTY didn't have enough upbeat songs and NEXT LEVEL had only like one sad song '-___-

I prefer GUILTY, simply because I love every single song on it. The rock songs are AWESOME (Mirror and (d)lma are pure love ) and the ballads are so emotional!

NEXT LEVEL, for me, is more theatrical.

Also there are some songs I really don't like, like Rollin'.

My opinion is both albums are great. But, if I had to choose one, Guilty would have a slight edge cause of better lyrics. Its two totally different mood setting. I'll played NL while driving 75mph on the expressway. Also, another reason sells are down is, nowadays people are pirating music from the internet.

I love them both. They both had a decent amount of good songs. But overall I think I like NEXT LEVEL a little more, actually.

Although there are more sufferable songs on "GUILTY" than "NEXT LEVEL", I like the idea of "NEXT LEVEL" more if that makes any sense.

They both just kind of settle at the bottom for me.
