Some Shota news & he's coming back to USA to perform !

He will make a guest appearance at Gordon Chambers and Friends perform R&B and Soul Classic in New York City. This event will take place at SOB's on March 2nd 2010.

In 2007, Shota made his first appearance in the US at the famous Apollo Theater. There he received much acclaim for his performance and the next spring he went major with Sony Music. His third appearance in New York City was headlining JAPAN DAY FESTIVAL performing in front of thousands of New Yorkers. This will be his third performance in the US, the day before his second album Journey is released in Japan.

but wow he performed at the famous Apollo Theater , it's impressive & it's the same theatre that Ken Hirai once performed at too

not exactly, but it's a short (kinda) train ride away.

yeah, to perform at the Apollo and NOT get booed off the stage is really amazing.

what's SOB exactly ? is it a theatre just like the Apollo Theatre or it's a club/pub/bar ?

well, i've never been there myself, but yeah you're actually right, it's kinda like a bar/small night club of some kind.

i'm wondering, is there anymore info on this? like do you think there could be a chance i could go? i'm really considering missing school the next day (i'm guessing i'll get out of there late). i'm just wondering if there's age restrictions?

well I really don't know much more info about this . Hopefully more info will surface as time goes by

it will be cool if you can really see Shota perform in the flesh , that will be something great to look out for

I still find it amusing that the song itself is axed out from the CD tracklist but not in the DVD tracklist
