i love Beloved.
her vocal is so light and soothing, it's not liked her previous ballad vocals which sound kinda heavier/rougher. it's a decent ballad, like many of her Ballads, and i always love her Ballads. i love her "ah ah ahh~~~~"

I think the song is boring. Really boring.
Doubt that there would be anything wrong with the lyrics - because if there is one artist with beautiful meanings behind a song then it must be Ayu - I say with honest that I listen to vocals, instrumental and melody. But the instrumental is so nothing, the melody makes me sleepy and her vocals aren't that good all the time. But that's what I hear in my ears. it's a nice song, i like it a whole lot better than progress... but the melody doesn't stick as strong as her much older ballads. it sounds a bit shallow and boring, another sweet season mixed with days trying hard to retrieve that together when vibe but fails to.
i feel she's recycling a lot of her sounds. but this one is the nicest ballad i've heard in a long while since together when. it actually helps me look more forward to FIVE... b/c progress definitely didn't do that for me

Not a 'repeatable' kind of song, but I like it! It's the kind of song I'd want to listen to after I haven't heard it for awhile....sort of like Sweet Seasons.
One thing annoys me though....sometimes I can't tell if it's already the chorus loll. The hook after the first verse doesn't really like...pop out, so I end up thinking the 1st chorus is still part of the first verse. It's most likely the quality of the song (...or I hope it is...)...hopefully the HQ is a little better sounding. Can't wait to hear it orchestrated though ^_^! IMO it definitely sounds like an 'orchestra' type song. It can do without the boring drums/guitars.

the song is a bit boring....but I love how the song ends....its got the Who...(10th Anniversary Version) ending feel to me....:-)

I listened to it a good five times one day, and I forgot the melody the next.
People thought "You were..." was generic too, but the melody really stuck with me in ways that "beloved" doesn't. beloved would fit in with a full length album instead of a mini-album. I expect refined quality in a mini-album.

Not an epic ballad, a little generic sounding to me...but Im currently in love with the chorus
 . I absolutely adore her voice in this song; so smooth, gentle and captivating
