I'm not thinking that there is an actual secret. Kuu released her album with no apparant secret in her life (at least one that people discovered). Though, I think that if Ayu did get pregnant, it might spell the very end of her carreer. I mean, look what happened to Namie after her hiatus with Sam from TRF.

Well, is there actually any other pattern that can be read through her song titles? Apart from her being pregnant.
