I didn't like That Ain't Cool period because it was really repetitive and simple, and in my opinion, not very catchy. << And it was made worse by the fact that Fergie was allll over it.

lol yeah it's too american it sounds a lot like fergie's songs. i don't think kumi said more than like 7 words in japanese in it., which is sad. i thought her english was cute though, but ... idk, i'm picturing it fom a fergie's fan viewpoint, and it would seem like an asian girl trying to be a white girl, which i don't think is a good image for kumi.

hey guys, did you ever thought that Kuu like any japanese is polite and really apreciates working with Fergie, so maybe she wanted to give her more parts in the song. no?

Maybe Kuu was nervous about it. Y'know, speaking English. So maybe Fergie was the polite one and said she'd sing most of it?

Kumi's English was actaully excellent in That Ain't Cool, I think. But Fergie obviously overshadowed her bcz it's her first language.

Her english was no where near perfect. I hate when she sings in English and in the PVs, you can tell she was fed the words during recording because she completely forgets them during the PV filming so she just randomly moves her mouth.
