to be honest. it might be hard to say.

As ayu has a lot of overseas fans too and if they buy from online shops, they will most likely put 2 singles in a order, so the sales for crossroad will only be counted towards Oricon when L is shipped...

not to forget that there's the TA shop too, TA members will buy from there. and if they did not place 2 separate orders, their crossroad sales will count when L is shipped too. Like my TA orders are in a single order too, so my crossroad cd purchase will count on the 2nd week too.

it's hard to say....i can predict some competition soon.

You have to remember, had Ayu released on that day instead of Kuu, she would have been in the same position with M/B and been at number 3/4. It was the competition that got Kuu with Gossip Candy.

I used to think Ayu might have it in the bag but I think there's a possibility there could be a battle.

I just want Kuumifans to respect ayufans, and ayufans to repsect kumifans. I want Ayu to get number 1, no matter how bad the single is, but i know i will love Koda´s single too. I just want people to respect Ayu, specially here, since we are in AYUMI HAMASAKI SEKAI, a forum for Ayufans

MOON / blossom outsold Gossip Candy by 10k with 0 promotion. Kumi always promotes her singles, and her sales aren't that great. However, Ayu has two strikes against her by releasing two singles consecutively.

1. If people have to make a choice to get her 49th or 50th single because they cannot afford both, they will choose the 50th.
2. People who purchase the singles online will probably order them together and combine shipping so they can save money.

We will see what happens, though. Maybe Ayu fans will see that she has a risk of losing her streak and they will buy as many copies as they can!

Everyone in this thread pretty much respects both Kuu and Ayu You should maybe go post that in a few of the Ayu Singles threads, where people are known to bash Kuu and even Ayu too.

Well to be fair there has been Ayu bashing in the Kuu thread in the past years but it doesn't give people the right to bash Kuu in the Ayu threads or Ayu in the Kuu threads. But It hasn't been as bad Ayu bashing wise in the Kuu threads recently so I'm happy, now to just get the mean Kuu comments out of the Ayu threads.

Me too, but only the CD+DVD version haha, my Hot Stuff CD+DVD and anytime CD+DVD were shipped today. Somehow I am in love with nearly all of kuu's single covers recently.
