Umm ayus lips look no bigger than usual imo. Her lips have looked bigger in the past. I think some people are just so psychologically traumatized by ayus pout or something that for even the slightest pout their reaction is "omg botox injection! Why are her lips so huge!!!!! T.T ewwwww"
I don't get it  people always generalize thingsI LOVE this cover. Beautiful and cute at the sametime  I adore

I agree, the lips aren't a biggy. I believe it's a big up roar because we're not used to seeing her photo shots like this. If you take a close look at Ayu's lips in pictures, it's not a big of a difference as it may seem.

WOW!!!! Ayu is stunning! O_O
It's been a long time I was amazed by one of her magazine cover. I love her hairstyle too. It's reminiscent of 2000. In fact this photo looks like another picture, in the same pose I think, with leather gloves and a black hat.
