anything suits yuri I prefer darker hair for her but blonde doesn't look bad at all and at least it's not bright yellow-ish blonde like some of the other girls have had before. the shade of it looks nice~

NEW FULL JAPANESE ALBUM RELEASE JUNE 1ST!

Girls' Generation is preparing to release their first full Japanese album on June 1. While the information is not yet 100% official, several music website have begun listing the self-titled album 'Girls' Generation' as being available for pre-order. Previously released Japanese singles 'Genie', 'Gee', 'Run Devil Run', and 'MR. TAXI' will appear on the album, which is said to contain 12 songs total. The new album will come in three different editions, much like the 'MR. TAXI' single, with the two limited editions containing different extras in addition to the album itself.


The Deluxe First Press Edition, priced at ¥8,400 (approximately $100 USD), contains the album, a DVD with the regular and dance versions of the 'MR. TAXI' music video, a special bag with the Girls' Generation logo on it, and a 40 page photo booklet.

The middle option for purchase is the Limited Period Edition, which costs ¥3,990 (approximately $50 USD). This edition will contain the album itself, a DVD with the regular 'MR. TAXI' music video, a deluxe sleeve case, and a 32 page photo booklet which is different from the Deluxe First Press Edition photo booklet.

I might preorder the Limited and tack it to my July order though since I'll already be broke from AKB48 and capsule's albums ... and Acchan's and no3b's singles will be in June too. I bet Kalafina's next single will be then too... gah... summer is gonna be HELL on my wallet, everyone stop releasing things please!!! x______________x

I agree with you about all of these releases. I just got Meisa Kuroki's single and I've already preordered both limited versions of SNSD's RDR/Mr. Taxi, Namie's Checkmate CD+DVD album, Perfume's limited single, and capsule's limited World of Fantasy album. Koda Kumi's released these tour items that I want and Ayu's released her Ayupans that I collect (which I just ordered 5 of). With SNSD releasing their album soon, I don't know how my wallet's going to handle this. When will the madness stop? Have they ever heard of too much of a good thing? It's so overwhelming all at once! I seriously think that they're trying to make me have a breakdown over here. I hope my eBay sales do well, I need the money for sure!

For $100, the physical aspects of the deluxe edition of this album better be flashy. I want it to be huge, bulky, glowing, and certainly standing out amongst my sea of CDs.

I don't know.. I think I'm just going to not collect SNSD things anymore when they're released in Japan. they're too expensive.. I can't justify spending even over $30 on a CD anymore, let alone $100 and the bonus goods don't even seem that great. I loved how their CD's in Korea were so much cheaper. I'm still excited about the album though! I hope there aren't anymore remakes. Or if there are then only like one.

But the prices are unbelievable, and they only had 1 PV on the DVD? Way to go SM, great marketing strategy :| they've been sucking money, like worse than avex imo
