Ayu concert on July 28th

Hi everyone. Im going to Japan(finally!! After years of longing) on 26th July.

I just wana ask you all if the shops in Harajuku that sell concert tickets are still open now?
And do you guys think I can still get her final show(July 28th) tickets if I try to buy on 27th of July?

Because the tutorial thread has been years ago so I just wana reconfirm.
