I chose Mika.... but to me one of the best voices of J-music's YUI, u guys got her? The one that sings TOKYO, yeh I bet u guys know her!

even though i love koda kumi's voice, i chose utada hikaru. i really like her voice in her songs and ballad. it's also strong too.

Although I am a Hikki fan her vocals are not THAT great... they are good, but she tends to crack alot... now I voted Angela Aki... her voice is almost exactly the same as her studio... never heard MISIA... but I definately think Angela is way better than Hikki and definately kuu

Utada by far, although I think Angela Aki has a very strong voice after hearing her rendition of "Eyes On Me", if Angela Aki released an Eng CD I'd buy it.

Mika Nakashima - her voice is so unique - Hitomi Shimatani has got a beautifull voice and who can forget OLIVIA? - her voice is just angelic - I love 'Close your eyes" the song always gives me a feeling of tranquility whenever I listen to it

Though I picked Misia, I think Yuna Ito and Mizuki Nana have better voice[more to my taste]. Utada is not bad too as well as Mika.

I picked Hikki, though if I could I would've picked Mika and Kumi as well (lol)
To quote a lot of other people, where did some of the newer artists go? (Like Yuna Ito (SUPERB <3) or Ayaka (you can't describe her voice in words. its just that good XD)

There is no Shimatani Hitomi on the poll list. But in my honest opinion, I think she has one of the best voices out there. And not to mention the fact that she sounds perfect in her lives. But her latest concert is so dissapointing. I think Aves should pay more attention to her.
