http://www.pricebreaker.com.sg/pbAirFares.aspx can ccheck on this site for air tickets and there are shop located in singapore. For hotel i think book online is much more cheaper, i prefer staying in kowloon side rather than causeway bay.

Tentatively the tickets sells for a fixed price at HK$780 (roughly S$160). Thats really cheap...even with air tickets, accomodation (assuming u guys are going for the cheapest) and some money for concert merchandise, expenses shouldn't exceed S$1000. Unless u guys wanna do some extra shopping of ur own, food in HK is a little cheaper on most counts compared to Singapore but otherwise, living expenses should be roughly the same

I was thinking we could actually gather together before going to hk. Like for dinner or something. A good chance to get to know one another and also to discuss details about the trip. =] Another thing is how long would we be going to hk? Just for the concert like 3 days or longer?

Hi, I have received sms from more ayu fans from ayunite who will be joining us! Haha, itz gonna be fun.

Okaes guys, I assume we will all be booking the 6th April flight to Hong Kong right? I need u guys to confirm this 2gether for convenience later on, since we're going 2gether. Coz some may wanna go earlier for some reasons.

It'll be a gd idea to like maybe go down to a travel agency to book 2gether or sth, can use it as an outing (to knw one another) as well if u guys want. We'll wait for the confirmation of getting concert tix 1st of course. These are the preps to get the same flight n hotel if u guys prefer.

If possible, state (or just have in mind) hw long u plan to stay in Hong Kong, as some would like to tour 2gether after Ayu concert while others may wanna make it a short trip and return once concert ends. I'm still considering, waiting for reply from Hong Kong fren if he would accomodate me. If not, most prob will be a 2 day trip, since hotel kinda exp there (I'll see hw much I can fork out etc). Naturally we'll wanna maximise our spendings on Ayu merchandise since itz a once-in-a-year event.

Any ideas/comments are welcome.

Alright bro looks like we finally we have some kinda plan going on, thanks...though in fact it has nothing much to do with me lol...btw I remember u guys saying to keep the number at 10, that's more manageable...and it appears right now we have that number already. Is that the finalized list? Nobody's gonna opt out of this possibly (though I hope not) once in a lifetime chance I assume.

It is now confirmed on the official website that her Hong Kong stop will be held at the Hong Kong Coliseum http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/CE/Entertainm...C/en/about.php

It's a 12,500-huge stadium!

Here's an map of the coliseum - very near a hotel and mrt station! Can anyone check out if that particular hotel is affordable?

Jayson: I'm hoping to tour Hong Kong for at least (excluding 6th and 7th April) 3 ~ 5 days since I've never been there

Wouldn't want to waste my trip.

Sorry but I had my concerns about this because after all I do not know you guys and it would be very hard to convince my parents as well. As I had relatives in HK, I would most probably contact them to ask about accommodation first.

It would be nice to be able to tour around HK after the concert but my main idea is to go see the concert, reserve my $ on Ayumi merchandise and hotel costs. Unless I can save on accommodation, I think my stay would be from 6th~8th

Yepz, Definitely. =] Flying off on the 6th is fine with me.

According to the information given by Surreal and good friend ‘Ayu’, the venue that Ayumi is performing is at Hong Kong Coliseum.

The address of Hong Kong Coliseum as provided by Surreal is:

9 Cheong Wan Road, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong

So, I checked up on all the hotels in Kowloon, the place where Ayu is performing. And Kowloon happens to be very near the airport. And the cheapest hotel in Kowloon is Anne Black YWCA. Hotel rates are all below S$80. All hotel rooms can be booked via online.

Anyway, according to a source from Ayunite who called up and check, tickets can be booked online around 4-5 weeks before the concert is held. The problem is solved now, all we have to do is wait patiently...and hopefully still be able to get the better tickets

Personally I dun think its going to be very cold (if at all) during April. Usually winter ends around somewhere in March, but of course the weather is capricious in HK, can be cold today hot tomorrow, and with global warming its going haywire. It may be advisable to bring a thin jacket or something but nobody should expect temperatures below 20 degrees. Then again I'm not the meteorological station, better play on the safe side eh
