Beyonce talks about AYU(&Koda...)

I have no idea if this was the right place to post this but I found it on one of the sites I visit everyday. From what I can read so far, I think it says that Beyonce prefers Ayu and Koda from Japan, but after that, I can't understand anymore of it. Can someone possibly translate if they are able to?
