Did you send them a complaint e-mail to see if they could do anything about it?

Technically it should have been rolled.
I've never heard of YesAsia folding anything.

Sorry to hear you got it in such bad condition

I can imagine the frustration.

It seems to have happened at some point during the mailing, the cardboard tube they had it in had a tire mark on it, so I'm assuming someone ran it over.

No, I only bought 1 box, i got the other things separately. Yes it was EXTREMELY expensive, but it was so worth it

No, there was this auction at YAJ which said "a complete all singles poster Bsize, 2 posters", before I bid I tried to contact the seller asking him if it was a SET, but he or she didn't answer on time for the auction ending, so i bid, when I was doing it an option appeared, "Quantity", the options were "1" or "2", so I went for "2"

Finally today they answered my question (the auction already ended) and this is what they said:
