yeah she does include her original b-side tracks in all of her albums . Sometimes covers too like WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD but usually she would only include original work.
STAR only had 2 new songs (+SONG FOR A WISH which was released a year before as a digital single) because she included all of her b-sides...

But literally everything that entire era was flaw-free. Mika was on a ROLL with STAR's era. Memory is still the best song to ever grace this planet earth. Don't even get me started on Over Load omfg

Granted, people who bought singles might be a bit disappointed with the lack of songs on the album lol but even the album tracks were great enough! If I owned all the singles that era I still would have dropped $30 for the album because everything was just so good!

I personally didn't mind either since I looooove love every single song on STAR Probably going to be the same with REAL, I'm soooo thrilled!! Wish they did not release the previews so early now I have to wait one month and a half to get them in full ;__;

for me since I don't buy Mika's singles , this doesn't really bother me as in general , her B-sides are great

^ You HAVE to check out STAR and VOICE. Those albums are TREMENDOUS! I also recommend YES if you want something that doesn't sound like typical J-Pop. She went for a more Southern USA sound (which she pulled off).

No More Rules is the compilation that got me into Mika, I always knew her from NANA but never checked out her music till I dl'ed it randomly and I fell in love

NHK announces the song list for ‘Kohaku Uta Gassen’

NHK has announced the official song list for the 50 artists who will be performing on their ‘63rd Kohaku Uta Gassen‘!

The theme for this year’s ‘Kohaku’ is “Uta de Aitai.” (“Meet with song.“). It will be hosted by actress Horikita Maki (red team) and popular group Arashi (white team).

‘Kohaku Uta Gassen’ will air on New Year’s Eve from 7:15 pm JST.

I really do think that NO MORE RULES compilation is one of the most well elaborated material of this genre in Jpop. It has almost all her sides and the musics are diverse and supreme.

I started to like Mika by it. xD

Nakashima Mika to hold nationwide tour starting in May

Nakashima Mika, who will be releasing her new album “REAL” on January 30th, will be holding a nationwide tour called “Nakashima Mika LIVE IS ‘REAL’ 2013 ~THE LETTER Anata ni Tsutaetakute” starting in May.

The upcoming tour will kick off on May 11th at Sun City Hall in Saitama and will run for a period of 3 months. She’s scheduled to perform a total of 26 shows in 23 locations with her finale on August 28th at Okinawa Convention Center.

Prior to general ticket sales, pre-reservations will be available through her fan club ‘LOTUS‘ and her official mobile website ‘Nakashima Mika mobile‘ starting at the end of this month.
