about Driving Hit's 6 I'm thinking in sell it when arrives to me because I don't like too much this remixes this time

My fave remixes are the ones for Inside & Outside Fishbowl (Dubstep and that little melody!) and also Whatchu Waitin' On.

For me remixes have to change something significantly about the original song. Song genre, melody, arrangement...anything.
Cause otherwise I don't need a remix and can listen to the original.

There is something called Bounce & Lovers... and it wasn't that good.

Ku and acoustics are a BIG no for me. Her music just doesn't give off that vibe. Ayu's works well, but Kumi's... no way.

I loved B&L, but it was a best ballad album, with some very light new arrangments.
What I'm talking about when I pray for an Kuu acoustic album is something magnificent, like MY STORY CLASSICAL by Ayu, or either a very stripped down cd with just Kuu voice and a piano.
Either way, something DRASTIC.

Omg no! DH4 is the best. Beach mix may have some of the best mixes ever but not quite as many quality mixes as DH4.

I don't do remixes. Never listened to any of those, ever. Except I downloaded Beach Mix to get Whatchu Waiting On, then scrapped the rest of the album. Am I the only one?

You're missing out on all the fun. Don't knock it till you tried it.

And for me, 4 and 5 are the best so far, 3 and 6 are alright, and I really don't care for 1 and 2.

Your not the only one.. I hate remixes. There are only 2 I like.. the hot stuff remix from the single and one of ayus real me remixes. I hate the music feel they have, umm the fastness and the weirdness of the music, its hard to explain.' but yea I hate remixes too. Lol

I love Beach Mix, DH4 and 5 (Damn, that Let's Party remix is better than half of her songs). DH1 and 2 are good, 3 and 6 probably the weakest ones for me.

About an acoustic, it'd be great if Kuu released one! B&L was just a bunch of ballads, I guess there were only two new mixes on it? But I'm afraid that if she ever releases one it'd be full of songs like Ai no uta and Koi no tsubomi instead of some which have more potential, like A CLASSICAL :/ (Not that I dislike the album, I actually really like it, but BLUE BIRD and Dearest already got enough, blah)

Thank you. It's by far the best remix of all DH in my opinion.
Sadly I can't enjoy any remix from Driving Hit's 6 and I don't have high standards in general =/

I can't really rank Kuu's remix albums. But, I can say my favorite remixes are the ones that really work with the song. Too many of them are a trance beat with some chopped version of her vocals slapped on top. The Warmy remix of Ai no Kotoba and the Urban Kiss version of Ai no Uta are perfect examples of remixes done right.

Vocal chopping is genius. The use of layer and emphasis, attention to detail in her good upbeat remixes as well make me salivate.

A bit out of the current topic, but does anyone have the video (or a link) of that misheard lyrics for Kuu's English version of real Emotion? iirc it was like "that I am not a gnome" instead of "that I am not alone" I remember I lol'ed to that for a week after seeing, but I couldn't find it again now...
